We don’t learn how to do a sit up, do our first gym session and walk out with a six pack, as much as we might like it to happen that way! It’s the effort and consistency over time that add up to the big impact and results.

We run 2 ‘weekly review’ classes per week: Fridays 8:30-9:00am GMT & Fridays 12:30-13:00pm GMT.
Here’s what happens during the sessions:
- 2 minute guided breath work.
- 15 minute review. We ask you a series of questions and provide individual reflection and writing time in between each one. The questions are designed to help you reset, realign and refine for next week, noting wins, progress and learnings.
- 10 minute effective planning – prioritise your key success activities and set next week up for the best chance of success, whatever that looks like to you.
Recommendation: Download and add the calendar invites for both workouts to your calendar. You can join either session every Friday and you don’t need to tell us whether you’re coming. Simply join the call and Thriver community!
