The Pocket Mentor app is the home of the mental fitness workout.

We designed and built The Pocket Mentor app specifically to support you to prioritise your mental fitness each day with bitesize tangible tools, it includes key tools that you’ll learn on The Thriver Programme.

There’s 5 bitesize mental fitness tools that make up the daily mental fitness workout – The 5 To Thrive.

How to set up your account.

Soon after signing up for the Thriver Programme you will have received an email to set up your Pocket Mentor app account, it’s separate to your Thriver account.

If you can’t find this email, or the link within the email has expired. Head to ¬†enter the email address you set up your Thriver account with and trigger a new set up email.

Once you have set up your account via the Pocket Mentor website, you can then download the app version, on ios or android, and use the same account to access the app. The links to download the app version are available once you have set up your account.
