Shortly after joining your coach will reach out with the calendar invites for the live group mentoring sessions.

They will guide you through which sections of the online Thriver programme to complete and by when during the course of the programme.

You’ll have access to everything straight away and can start having a look round and familiarising yourself with the approach.

In front of the first session on October 1st please  make your way through the Intro section and download your e-workbook.
