We know we need to exercise regularly to build and maintain our physical fitness. We don’t wait until we’re injured to start.
No matter our chosen path, our brain and mind are our greatest tool to thrive through the challenges and opportunities presented to us.
So, why don’t we treat our mental fitness with the same proactive approach?

COMMUNITY COHORT
Starting JANUARY 2026
Join a small group of like minded individuals that see value in prioritising their greatest tool, their mind, and take ownership for their own development, productivity and mental fitness.
A combination of online self paced learning and 6, biweekly, 1 hour group mentoring sessions via zoom, led by your Thriver coach.
The group mentoring sessions are informal, you’ll be guided to complete key elements of the Thriver toolkit, share your experience and ideas, and contribute to discussions on implementing the toolkit practically into your day to day with the community.
Programme length: 10 weeks
Time commitment: 1 – 1.5 hours per week
Group Mentoring Workshops Schedule
Friday 9th January 14:00 – 15:00 : Identify our start point and define what good look likes for us.
Friday 23rd January 14:00 – 15:00 : Mindset Fundamentals – Understand our own thinking mind & build our ability to respond objectively, rather than knee-jerk instant reactions.
Friday 6th February 14:00 – 15:00 : Focus – Develop a structured way of working to avoid distraction and effectively prioritise, putting us in control of a process that enables success.
Friday 20th February 14:00 – 15:00 : Resilience – Integrate reactive resilience tools to find a helpful next step in the moment of a challenge, and a proactive resilience toolkit to prioritise your mental fitness even during busy days.
Friday 3rd March 14:00 – 15:00 : Motivation – Develop a purpose driven growth mindset and intrinsic motivation that drives you even through tough tasks/times. Utilise self benchmarking to overcome the comparison trap and a core value set that becomes your rock to guide decision making.
Friday 17th March 14:00 – 15:00 : Confidence & Empathy – Build reliable confidence in our ability and confidently step out of our comfort zone to make the most of opportunities.
+ Optional Weekly ‘Weekly Reset’ guided weekly review session, 08:30-09:00, or 13:00-13:30 every Friday. Accountability to pause, reflect, realign and refine, and guidance to integrate the Thriver toolkit week on week.
