I joined the Live weekly reset in the Thriver app and I found that having a few minutes to stop and reflect on everything that happened this week made me feel like it was a productive week. It also helped with putting things into perspective, especially when it comes to what is making me procrastinate about certain tasks I’m avoiding.
Once you realise these are not that difficult, or that there is never the perfect time to get started, it makes you more motivated to get it done. I’ve made a commitment to myself to really get these tasks done over the weekend. I look forward to joining again next week.
